MIH Consortium, an open electric vehicle platform initiated by Foxconn, has unveiled its innovative software-defined vehicle (SDV) architecture and solutions at the 2035 E-Mobility Taiwan & Taipei AMPA, an international exhibition for automotive electronics held in Taipei from April 12 to 15, 2023. MIH participates in 2035 E-Mobility & Taipei AMPA to show its hardware & software integration (from left: James Wu, Spokesperson at Foxconn; Jack Cheng, CEO of MIH; Richard Lee, Chairman of TEEMA; Jong-Chin Shen, Chairman of Taiwan Financial Holdings Co.; James C.F. Huang, Chairman of TAITRA; Aleksander Rajch, Director of External Affairs, Polish Association of Alternative Fuels)   The MIH SDV architecture empowers intelligent in-cabin experiences that are further enhanced by digital twins on the cloud, enabling a wide range of additional applications and services. With seamless vehicle lifecycle management and security by design over-the-air update system, the vehicles are continuously updated with the latest insights from sensors, the grid, and the driver, improving the overall efficiency of the system.

  MIH CEO Jack Cheng said “MIH continues to lead the change in developing software-defined vehicles, and the exhibition showcased MIH's SDV architecture with Microsoft's Azure-based Digital Twins, TomTom's Digital Cockpit and Charger Map, Graphen AI's AI Assistant and Remote Diagnostic System, FIT's Smart Access, and VicOne's Automotive Cybersecurity Solution offering a holistic vehicle lifecycle management solution.”

  MIH is also focusing on the development of 3-6-9 seater models based on its previously announced Project X, with the support of diverse hardware and software partners such as FEV and Tech Mahindra.
